生物学 is the study of life which, of course, encompasses many different levels from cells to ecosystems. 生物学 is you!

We are an interdisciplinary department with faculty specializing in fields including Animal 生物学, Botany, Cell and Molecular 生物学, Genetics, Biological Technology, Marine 生物学, and Oceanography. Take courses to complete your lower division coursework required for a 生物学 or STEM major. Or, complete one of our Biotechnology certificate programs for a direct path to entry level work in biotechnology jobs in the high-tech industry.

生物学 | Associate in Science for Transfer (AS-T) Degree 

Earn a degree AND prepare to transfer. By completing the AS-T in 生物学, you will finish the general education requirements as well as the lower division major requirements for a Bachelor degree in 生物学 prior to transferring to a CSU.
